HUNGARY Investor Immigration Program:

The Hungary Investment Immigration program provides an opportunity for third country nationals to obtain PR status in Hungary. The Hungary Investor Immigration (HII) Programme provides an opportunity to obtain permanent residence visa with special Hungarian government bond. This bond has 5 years maturity time and issued by Hungarian Government Debt Agency.

To take an advantage of HII program, investor must subscribe to special debt fund’s shares and a minimum investment amount is 250,000 Euros. And shares will be 100% redeemable after the five-year maturity time period.

To subscribe to the Special Debt Fund, interested investors must submit to the Fund a 250,000 Euros bank transfer receipt, a signed subscription agreement, a copy of the investor’s passport, and evidence of the investor’s permanent address. After the application is approved, the investor and family will acquire five-year residency permits.

The benefit of this program is that after 6 months of obtaining residence permits, the investor and family can apply for permanent residence visa.
